Why Functional Medicine Became My Calling
Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals in North Macedonia – my grandmother was a midwife, my mother ran a pharmacy – health was always more to me than just the absence of illness.
After completing my pharmacy degree at LMU München and taking over two Berlin pharmacies, it became clear to me: the conventional system primarily treats symptoms. I wanted more – I wanted to understand why people get sick and help them prevent it from reaching that point in the first place.
That is why I pursued advanced training in functional medicine and epigenetics coaching. The combination of pharmaceutical expertise and a holistic approach allows me to not just read lab values, but truly understand them – and develop personalized strategies from those insights.
